Because we build fewer than 10 homes a year, we have total quality control of the entire construction of each home. We do utilize a number of subcontractors for different phases of the construction, but rest assured, they are always the same subcontractors on every home. Our subcontractors know what we expect of them, and they know what to expect from us.
